From Concept to Commercialization

Bridging the Gap
Preparing young adults with disabilities for employment requires more than just job training. Traditional programs often lack industry alignment, engaging resources, and a structured pathway to long-term success.
Employers want skilled, reliable workers, but many struggle to implement inclusive hiring practices effectively.

The Big Idea

Michigan State University partnered with Cogrounded to bridge this gap. The Insight program was developed to equip students with critical workplace skills, empower educators with structured resources, and provide employers with a pipeline of diverse, prepared talent.
